Slade has been fighting alonside Wonder Woman to save Themiscyra. However, the evil God that has been attacking it is more powerful than they could have imagined and Superman's involvement will not make things any easier.
WOW! The stupidity here is outstanding.
Tony Daniel and James Bonny continues their action packed story with little to no substance. The characterization for Slade still paints him as quite dumb, pretty much an immature asshole who doesn't know what to do in this kind of situations despite that he should already know.
The rest of the characters are not really well-portrayed either since Superman acts quite prompt to violence and idiotic. The dialogue doesn't really help matters due that every single member of the cast speaks in a juvenile way.
Also, the evil God apparently has an incestual relationship with his sister. Not judging here but some people will.
Eduardo Pansica is in charge of the artwork and he does a pretty good job at following the style that Tony Daniel created for the series and it certainly looks nice. No complaints there.
Not liking this series and I wonder how worse it can get.
