Some thoughts about Starfire #3

Starfire's life is about to get even more complicated.

Just when Kory thought that she was going to adapt to life on Earth, misterious murders will eventually occurr around her new home and if she wants to sto the culprit she will need the help ofanother heroine.

This series continues and is still a quite solid read.

Both Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner continue to develope the story in a "Sitcom" kind of style where Starfire is still learning about how people live in the planet and the different things she can find. The characterization is solid with Kory still acting like in the Teen Titans cartoon while trying to understand and at the same time confusing the terms that people use.

There are also several sub-plots that the authors are developing aside from the main story and most of them are focused on the cast which is fortunately getting the necessary attention.

And speaking of the supporting cast, there's a reintroduction of a character that the writers are pretty familiar with. Good to see her back.

Emanuella Luppachino continues to handle the artwork and is still wonderful with beautiful looking characters, detailed scenarios and clear storytelling. The fun moments are also nicely depicted.

Entertaining issue, I really want to see the promised team-up in the next one.
