Some thoughts about Justice League United #12

The Justice League has been trapped by a strange being and not all of them might be able to survive.

The team is currently trying to find Adam Strange after he was missing but they will be forced to fight for their lives in a terrible environment and even if they lose some of their members, the mission still needs to continue.

Colour me impressed with this new chapter.

Jeff Parker continues his story where he developes the events behind the disappearance of Adam Strange as well as all the different heroes who are trying to help to find him. Speaking about such heroes, they're wonderfully portrayed, each one demonstrating their skills in a pretty creative way while also showing their personalities perfectly.

It's necessary to speak about the whole cast, from Mera's inventive use of her abilities along with her obsession with finding Arthur to Poison Ivy's connection to Swamp Thing to Etrigan's knowledge of different events, all the characters manage to have their own moment in the spotlight and the cast continues to grow.

Travel Foreman is still on art duties and his work is wonderful with a really unique storytelling and a perfect depiction of the different powers and expressions each hero has.

Wonderful issue, this is exactly who a superhero team book should be.
