Catwoman will need to deal with the ramifications of everything that has been happening in Gotham City.
There's a new Batman and Selina will finally have face him and possibly learn what happened to the old one. Meanwhile, the different families are still preparing their plans for the next action.
Well, this is pretty much just like the last couple of issues.
Genevieve Valentine certainly brings a great level of skill in her writing with the character work being quite precise especially concerning Selina and how she interacts with the different people she has to face which includes a nice scene with Bruce Wayne as well as how her actions are affecting the rest of her group. There are also some solid cliffhangers.
The thing is that the main plot is still not progressing as fast as I would like to, it seems like it has been forever since a proper development in terms of story and I wish we would have gotten somewhere already. Hope this is fixed in upcoming issues.
David Messina handles the pencils and his work is gorgous with a style kinda reminiscent of Terry Dodson's that is semi-cartoony but still manages to get the serious moments perfectly.
Is still an interesting chapter but I really need to see where this is going already.
