The fate of the world depends of Steve Trevor's survival or at least that's what they want us to believe.
Steve has been suffering a lot due to the recent events that have put his life in peril, but he will realize that his time for suffering needs to end if he wants to make A.R.G.U.S. and himself strongers. Unfortunately, he may be still being manipulated for other forces.
The conclusion of the A.R.G.U.S. focused minseries from Forever Evil and I must say that this was not only the best miniseries from that event but also one of the best I've seen in recent times.
Just like in the previous issues, Sterling Gates focuses in aspects of worldbuilding that makes the role of the organization in the world much grander and intriguing, not to mention that he also added an interesting cast of side-characters and antagonists that helped create a much more compelling plot.
I also have to give the writer credit for his character work in Steve Trevor, he's finally letting his past go and moving towards the future where he will certainly play a more important role.
And the reveal of the last pages was certainly surprising.
Neil Edwards's work on art duties has improved a lot since he started, his style is much more polished this time and his characters are quite expressive and beautiful now.
Overall, this series turned a lot better than what I expected and it would be crime to not continue with the premise this creative team has created.
