Archie and Betty will have to live in secret.
Betty's dad has forbidden Archie from seeing her after the accident and now they will have to find a way to see each other without telling anybody but that might cause more problems.
Back to this series once again and it always reminds me why I like is so much.
Mark Waid continues his development about Betty's condition and how it affects her and everyone around. The character work is great due that the writer explores very logical reactions from every angle including Archie, Betty and her parents, all of them are understandable and it makes them much more likable despite of their current behavior.
Not only that but there are also the usual charming scenes and doses of humour that are classic from this book. The little scenes where Archie shows how clumsy and unaware he is are simple but get to the point and the most heartwarming moments where the relationship between the characters is explored are even better.
Audrey Mok is in charge of the art and the work is really great. The style is clean, beautiful and fits perfectly with the tone of the series.
Good stuff, hope I don't miss the next one.
