The Outlaws will have to find their way out of Belle Reve.
Jason, Artemis and Bizarro are in Amanda Waller's control and now they will be forced to work on a mission for her if they want to escape.
Much better than the last one thankfully.
Scott Lobdell brings a new chapter where he explores the interactions between these different characters. The way how he handles the conversations between the cast and the Suicide Squad is quite entertaining, particularly the segments between Harley and Artemis and Waller and Bizarro, all of them are on-point and present compelling and surprisingly moments of characterization. The fun and engaging dialogue contributes a lot of these scenes.
Plus, there's a good sense of continuity as well thanks to the references to how Jason and Killer Croc are connected because of Roy and also, well, a reference to N.O.W.H.E.R.E. from Lobdell's own Teen Titans' run (which is still in continuity I guess, not all can be good).
Dexter Soy remains in art duties and his work is even better now with really impressive scenes that are both great in terms of characters and fights.
Quite good read, hope the next one is just as solid.
