Some thoughts about Optimus Prime #13

The war never ends.

The Throttlebots have been surviving all this time thinking they never won and now they will be saved by someone who knows they need to keep fighting.

Well, a solid issue for once.

John Barber offers a new chapter where he explores several segments at the same time but this time they're much more satisfying. The reintroduction of the Throttlebots is appreciated after all these years and they're pretty much in the same place where they were left which is another case of Barber using continuity adequately and showing interesting developments from it.

The way how the main segment about Optimus and the rest progresses is also pretty decent with interesting character moments that develop the relationship between the cast while the plot is finally starting to get somewhere with all the different events.

Livio Ramondelli handles the artwork and it works nicely with an unique style but this time with a much cleaner look that allows for clearer character expressions.

Hope this means that the title will start to improve from now own. Nice read.
