Onomatopeia is ready to drown an entire city and the team will have to combine their forces to stop him and survive.
Boy, so many things wrong here.
I already had problems with how this team-up between Emiko and Damian turned out but Ben Percy has done matters worse since he quickly tries to pair up both of them. The problem with this is that is incredibly predictable since both have pretty similar traits and for that reason people used to think they could be a nice couple. I mean "used to" because that was before Percy decided for some ridiculous reason to make Emiko older and yes, she looks much older than Damian who still seems like a child which makes the whole intention of putting them together just... ugh.
Even Onomatopeia's reason to do all of this is unnecessarily over-the-top once that you think about it. Good points? Well, I guess that it was cool to see both Damian and Wally making peace and it seems like Percy is going to use the return of Tim Drake in a logical way but aside from that, not much to see.
Khoi Pham's artwork looks surprisingly improved though with more natural character expressions and solid storytelling.
God, this bothered me so much. Hope things get better.
