Despite that he doesn't particularly cares about the fate of the rest of the Corps, Sinestro knows that he needs to face the deities and so he has decided to fight for the universe no matter what he will need to sacrifice.
Pleasently surprised by this one.
Cullen Bunn manages to create a compelling chapter from the Godhead saga by exploring more of Sinestro's character and depicting how he would handled such menace. The writer also manages to keep progressing his own story while also delivering more info about the event.
Plus, there's a nice contrast between one of the New Gods and Sinestro that becomes quite interesting towards the end about how both use their own army for their needs.
Dale Eaglesham and Martin Coccolo share art duties and their work is quite strong based on their respective styles. I can choose one over the other since both are pretty good.
Satisfactory issue and one that gives me hope for the future of this series.
