John Stewart will have to face the attack of one of the most powerful deities that he has ever encounter and the Green Lantern Corps might not be ready for such battle.
Godhead continues in this chapter and it fortunately keeps bringing interesting moments.
Van Jensen follows the story of this event by demonstrating how the Green Lantern Corps would deal with a New God and the result is not exactly a positive one for them. However, all of them are portrayed competently despite of being overwhelmed and John receives a pretty good scene as usual.
It felt like a kind of fast read though. It wasn't particularly light but it seemed like it could have integrated a bit more content.
The art is brought by Bernard Chang and his work continues to be as stunning as ever by creating beautiful characters and scenarios. Marcelo Maiolo's colors certainly bring the best of it.
Solid continuation of the event. Let's see how this turn-out next week.
