The Lost Army will need to face the rage of the Red Lantern once again.
John Stewart is decided to make his group survive no matter what but the odds might be against them and things will get even worse once that he learns where they truly are.
Well, my opinion here is still the same as in the last issue.
Cullen Bunn delivers a chapter that it's not really bad per se but doesn't contain anything that you could call remarkable. The presentation itself is pretty common without anything distinctive about the style nor the writing, characterization is okay, dialogue is okay, action is okay. Everything is just okay.
Plus, he continues with the marine angle for John that at this point is pretty predictable and boring. As I said, there's nothing to write about in terms of characterization but I still wish he would have chosen a more interesting route.
To be fair though, the last page presents an interesting direction that MIGHT work but I'm not getting a lot of hope about it.
Jesus Saiz's artwork continues to be the strongest factor in this series with gorgeous characters and clear storytelling. However, he needs to work on better material.
Average issue overall, there are better things to read people.
While I agree there are better things to read, Desh from CBR thinks this pile of average is the best thing going.
ResponderBorrarEh, anybody is free to like what they want to like.
ResponderBorrarStill, this could definitely be better.
