Livewire is back and she's ready to take revenge on everyone including Batgirl.
Barbara is just getting used to the fact that her father is the new Batman and they will need to make this new dynamic work but both will to learn to deal with that if they want to defeat the recently arrived supervillain.
The conclusion of this little story is here and it certainly has been an enjoyable one.
Cameron Stewart and Brenden Fletcher deliver a new chapter where they focus mostly on the dynamic between Barbara and her father and it's most certainly an accurate one based on their own history. Babs obviously cares for him but she's decided to keep doing her job as one of Gotham's protectors and the writers even hint that Gordon knows more about this whole deal than what he's willing to reveal. Good characterization definitely.
The little character moments are also important like Barbara's relationship with the rest of the cast which includes a nice surprise at the end as well as the appearance of Livewire who proves to be a nice antagonist.
Babs Tarr does the breakdowns this time while Jake Wyatt and Michel Lacombe are in charge of finishing the art and while the overall look has a certain different feel, it's still pretty good-looking and in tone with the book.
Great issue, certainly one of the most enjoyable this week.
