The bizarre adventures continue.
Jimmy Olsen has been possessed by a strange force and Bizarro will need to do everything in his power to help him but even if they manage to escape, their problems are far from over.
Mixed opinions already.
Heath Corson returns to deliver the same kind of story and humour that were present in the previous issue which heavily rely in Bizarro's dialogue and unfortunately it can still get a bit old. There's a great sense of style here but some of the jokes are not particularly funny.
Plus, I still have some problems with the pacing. Yes, this is a cartoon book but I'm expecting the transitions between scenes to be a bit better to actually deliver a more cohesive tale and actually strong punchlines.
About the artwork, Gustavo Duarte delivers yet another good looking issue with a lot of personality and a distinctive tone but I don't think his art is the best at telling a story which is a shame. There are some guest artists too including Kelley Jones and Francis Manapul who work on appearances of Batman and The Flash respectively, Manapul's work is especially good and it was nice to see him drawing The Flash again despite of the short cameo.
Overall, it's still an okay read but not really for me.
