The Dark-Mite Returns!
Bat-Mite is decided to defeat the villains who have him imprisoned and to accomplish such mission, he will need to make the rest of the heroes better.
Okay, this really made me laugh.
Dan Jurgens delivers a new chapter of pretty cartoony humour that actually fits quite well for the kind of character he is working on. Bat-Mite is definitely a child at heart that really loves superheroes and tries to use his imagination to improve them, or at least what he thinks is an improvement.
The villains are nice comic reliefs that actually are more interesting that you would initially imagine and definitely work for the rest of comedic scenes.
There's also a parody for one of Batman's most famous stories and it has an hilarious contrast due to the nature of this book.
Corin Howell is back on art and his work is still perfect for this book due to its cartoony tone and expressive and appealing characters.
Pretty funny issue overall, definitely a worthy read.
