Some thoughts about Iron Fist: The Living Weapon #8

Iron Fist will have to face his own demons if he wants to continue.

Danny has traveled to a hell he's not familiar with where he not only will meet one of his lost loved ones but also he will learn what he needs to do to stop the being who reminds him of his father.

Once again, I continue to be satisfied with this series.

Kaare Andrews opens this new chapter with some scenes about Danny's past and how they reflect to his current situation and the kind of person he is now. The following segments are set in a strange kind of hell where Danny deals with some of the events that author created in the previous issue, all this creates a pretty emotional moment.

Of course is difficult to talk about the story without talking about the art since both combine perfectly for the narrative. Andrews' pencils are wonderfully creative and he's able to make every section unique, especially the ones in the hell segment who have a quite appealing hlack and white scenario.

Excellent issue, more people need to read this.
