The Batman/Joker creature is threatening everyone. Doctor Polaris and Firestorm make a deal. Frankenstein and Amethyst are trying to survive.
Okay, this was an improvement over the last chapter.
The Batman/Joker segment is decent with some nice plot progression and serviceable action.
I'm glad that I was wrong about Fifty-Sue not being dead and there's actually some interesting developments in her relationship with others.
Doctor Polaris continues to be goofy but his dynamic with Firestorm has promise.
Oh, that reveal about Frankenstein in the last page is fun.
Andy MacDonald handles the pencils here and sadly his work is not that polished but he manages to tell the story well.
Solid issue I would say. Hope that the next one is even better.
