Terry Soan has always wanted his own Kryptonian and it seems like he might be able to get it since a new being has just arrived to planet and not even Superman and Batman can stop him.
Okay, this is the first issue from this arc I truly dislike.
The thing I hated the most is the whole retcon about Terry Sloan's past and motivations. At the beginning he actually cared about his fellow Wonders and they also seemed to care about him too but now it turns out that he actually hated them and the rest never trusted him. It just produces a lot of inconsistencies with the history of Earth 2.
Then again, that's not really Paul Levitz' fault since that's the direction that the World's End group has been taking.
The segments focusing on the rest of the characters are better due that there are some decent portrayals.
Jed Dougherty's artwork is not really that appealing to me but the storytelling is still okay I suppose.
Average issue overall, Terry Sloan used to be such a cool character.
