It's going to be over one way or another.
Owlman is currently suffering due to the death of Superwoman and he's willing to make his own world pay for that. However, not everything is what it seems.
Goddammit, this was all over the place.
Brian Buccellato concludes his story with a chapter that doesn't really present anything particularly distinctive once again. To be fair though, there are some interesting ideas like how some of the fights were resolved and the use of the character's powers but they are not executed in an interesting way.
And we also have dialogue like this:
Aquaman: "Don't worry I didn't kill you. I used my mastery over water to dehydrate you until you lost conciousness"
He said that to an unconcious Power Ring.
I don't think think I have to explain how stupid that line is right?
Also, the story ends literally with: "It's over", said by either Superwoman or the Wonder Woman from the Justice League Alpha. Underwhelming.
Phil Winslade's artstyle is not enough to save the issue but is certainly something to admire considering how distinctive it looks but I feel like it's out of place here.
Terrible issue. Just skip it.
