Daredevil will start reminiscing some important events in his life.
Something happened early during Matt's carreer and that helped to make him the man he is now. However, there's a person who helped even more to that.
What can I say? Yet another compelling chapter of this series.
This issue takes a break from the usual format and focuses on how Matt starts telling stories about his past and how they're connected to current events. The segments from the present are handled by the usual creative team of Mark Waid and Chris Samnee and despite of being short, they're still quite enjoyable.
Most of the story is concentrated on the past and it's handled by Marc Guggenheim and Peter Krause, both creators do a pretty surprising job at telling a tale featuring how Matt learned to become a better attorney. The writing is pretty solid and the art definitely fits the more realistic and dark tone of it.
The final segment is handled by Chris Samnee himself this time focusing on yet another early case in Matt's carreer as Daredevil. The writing and art are pretty on-point and present a really emotional last page.
Overall, this is certainly a worthy entry of this series and you definitely should be reading it.
