Yes! Ben Percy and Patrick Zircher are pretty much creating a jumping-on point for new readers and doing different stuff from the show.
Although I would also recommend you to check Lemire/Sorrentino's run on Green Arrow since it's pretty good and Percy is apparently going to play with some of the mythos created by Lemire. :)
if youve never read green arrow just watched the arrow show would you say it would be ok to jump onto it with 41?
