Cassie's live is in danger after her heart was given to a terrible monster. Now, Scott will need to use all of his skills if he want to keep his daughter safe.
Yeah, this worked quite well once again.
Nick Spencer continues his work in this series by delivering a conclusion for this little storyarc that is also connected to the main plot that he has been telling since the beginning, about how Scott is just trying to be a good father for his daughter and that he only wants what is best for him which still portrays him in a pretty sympathetic light.
The humour and references are also pretty good, I mean how can you not love a book that makes a Battletoads reference? The jokes that make fun of Scott himself are still here but fortunately are not as abundant.
Ramon Rosanas remains in art duties and his work keeps being perfect for the series thanks to his unique and clean style with clear storytelling.
Great issue, this series still delivers.
