The rest of the Green Lantern Corps are just realizing that the universe has just declared war against their organization after the race of shapeshifters supplanted Hal Jordan. However, that's not their only plan to destroy the Corps since they're also uniting the most dangerous villains in the universe to attack them.
Robert Venditti and Van Jensen continue their excellent direction for the Green Lantern Corps and John Stewart. Venditti's main plot about the Durlans' attack is developing quite nicely while Jensen is able to inject personality into the script and in each member of the cast.
Speaking of which, I really like how they focus in different Green Lanterns of this issue. From classic members like Arisia, Isamot and Vath while also concentrating in new additions like Jruk. You can get to know enough of the characters that appear here despite of how numerous they are.
Both Bernard Chang and Sean Chen share the pencils here and i frankly didn't note much difference between them. They delivered pretty vibrant and energetic work in the whole story.
Great issue. The best part of it is that it will continue in the Annual that is released this same month.
