Clark is learning that he may have a bigger connection to this new specimen that he initally thought. Meanwhile, Lana Lang's investigation will take her to a hidden civilization whose habitants will prove to be a threat even for Superman.
Greg Pak continues his excellent work on this series by creating an engaging dynamic between Clark and Lana which makes their relationship a lot more understandable and real than ever before. I have to repeat how much I love the current interpretation of Lana, now she has become a much more compelling character instead of simply a love interest. It's just great.
Aaron Kuder, R.B. Silva and Mike Hawthorne handle the art this time and all of them do a surprisingly seamless work by keeping a similar style. Aaron Kuder deserves the most props though for his always impressive and detailed artwork.
Fantastic issue, this title has been on a roll lately.
