The Wonders will have to fight for the sake of their world.
The planet is at the edge of war and Green Lantern's efforts to stop it from happening are useless. Now is up to the rest of the Wonders to save Earth 2 by any means necessary.
Once again, I'm really enjoying this new direction.
Dan Abnett continues his story by giving each member of the cast their own moment in the spotlight and all of those scenes prove to be interesting while also progressing the plot. There are several segments to admire here like the scenes with Batman, Red Arrow, Ted Grant, Hawkgirl, Fury, etc. The author even managed to use the misguiden new portrayal that Daniel H. Wilson gave to Hourman and creating a logical explanation for his actions.
The story moves at a nice pace with several sub-plots being developed either about the menace of The Mist or the different nations planning to go into battle. Hopefully, these plot-points will continue after Rebirth.
Federico Dallocchio is in charge of the art and his work has improved a lot recently by being able to depict more dynamic characters and better paced action scenes.
Solid, solid issue, this better not be retconned.
