Some thoughts about Dark Knight III: The Master Race #4

The world is about to end.

Superman is being attacked by his own people and daughter while Batman can barely do anything and the rest of the heroes are about to follow suit.

This story continues and I still find it decent but not really impressive.

The first story written by both Frank Miller and Brian Azzarello continue to explore the people of Kandor and their desire to conquer the Earth. The fight against Superman is pretty intense despite that I feel like he was taken a bit too easily considering that he should have at least presented a better fight. Bruce's reaction is pretty on-point considering what incarnation of the character we're talking about. Sadly the plot doesn't progress that much in that regard.

Andy Kubert handles the artwork is quite good with strong storytelling and impressive scenes.

The second story is pretty insignificant about Carrie Kelley becoming the new Batgirl apparently and fighting a bunch of people. The only surprisse here is the sudden appearance of Aquaman. Miller himself draws the story and is not one of his best efforts due that it looks quite rushed.

Not bad, not great but still the main segment was interesting.
