What does Superman stands for?
Clark's friends, Pete and Kenny, have arrived to Metropolis to find how much Clark has influenced the city and world. However, that might still not be enough.
This series is coming to an end and I still love the themes it uses.
Max Landis offers a new chapter where he focuses on how Superman influences people as well as the relationship between Clark and his friends and all of these aspects are well-executed, especially the latter. The conversation between Clark and Pete is particularly strong with Pete stating some strong points about Superman's symbol and how it should be used, the way how the bond between the two is shown at the end is quite believable as well.
There are other concepts being depicted like supervillain being humanized, the rumours of other members from the Justice League and the appearance of some members from the Green Lantern Corps which demonstrates there's a bigger universe out there.
Jonathan Case is in charge of the pencils and his work is pretty good with a clean and detailed style that depicts quite expressive characters.
Really good once again, shame that is about to conclude.
