Shalla Bal has came back for Norrin and the only people who can help him are both Dawn and Alicia. However, their combined forces might not be enough and Norrin will have to pay a huge price to save the Earth.

Dan Slott delivers this anniversary issue by delivering a new chapter where he focuses on Norrin and his relationship with the rest of the cast being either Shalla Bal, Dawn, Alicia and even Ben Grimm and all of them manage to stay true to the characters and their history while showcasing what make each one of them special in their own way.
The plot progresses satisfactorily with several sub-plots from Silver Surfer's history being utilized here and developed in a logical way. The cliffhanger promises some interesting plot-points as well.
Mike Allred remains in art duties and his work is still wonderfully creative by putting a lot of content in every page and layout with a storytelling skill that makes the script even better.
Enjoyable issue as usual, hope the next one arrives sooner.
