Some thoughts about Superman/Wonder Woman #28

Superman and Wonder Woman will have to accept the truth about their relationship.

Clark has finally gained the courage to tell Diana that he's dying and now both will have to face the people who are possibly connected to the new Superman who has just appeared.

I think this worked decently as a whole.

Peter Tomasi continues his storyline Super League by focusing, as you would expect, on the relationship between Diana and Clark. It works in a logical way considering what both had to endure and their own personalities are portrayed in an accurate manner. Plus, there are some subtle moments about their relationship once that both realize there are other important people in their lives.

The plot itself progresses at a nice pace with Tomasi exploring some plot-points from Geoff Johns' Superman run like Ulysses and how he's related to the current event. Once again, it works logically.

Ed Benes handles the artwork and is pretty good looking with attractive characters and strong action scenes.

Nice read overall, hope the following chapter still keeps everything consistent.
