The Hawkeyes will have to realize what that name means.
Clint and Kate are still trying to save the children from Hydra no matter if they put their lives in danger but maybe is the right thing to fix their relationship.
This issue marks the conclusion of the story that Jeff Lemire began once that he decided to write about the character so in that sense. does this deliver a good finale?
Well, what do you think? Of course it does.
Lemire continues to focus on the relationship between Clint and Kate, about how both decided to become Hawkeye for different, yet similar reasons and how that connects both of them. The way how the writer demonstrates that no matter the discussions they have, they're still family is really well-depicted and believable, is a quite emotional and understandable take.
This is also emphasized whenever Clint and his brother interact, they may betray each other every once in a while but they still there when they need each other. The way how Barney teases Clint about how he's just the "token" human Avenger makes their dynamic even more enjoyable.
Ramon Perez remains in art duties and his work is still impressive with each character looking expressive and the panel being depicted in creative ways.
Excellent chapter and a fitting ending for this storyline.
