Telos is ready to return to his world no matter the cost.
After losing his family and surrendering himself to Brainiac, Telos has been constantly trying to escape and now he will find the help of a group of people with similar interests.
Okay, this was actually a bit more enjoyable than the last one.
Jeff Brings offers a new chapter where he explores the protagonist's previous life and is pretty much a Silver Surfer kind of story where the main character gives his own like to an overpowerful entity for the sake of his planet, is not a badly told origin but one that doesn't offer any surprise about it. Still, is nice to know the motivations of the character at least.
The most enjoyable aspects about this though is that King is using characters from Threshold (a quickly cancelled series by Keith Giffen) like Captain K'Rot which is great since I found him quite enjoyable and even some sub-plots from the last series are being explored like how K'Rot lost his leg.
Carlo Pagulayan and Igor Vitorino are in charge of the art and the result is a pretty good looking issue with beautiful characters and solid storytelling.
Not spectacular but not bad either, there are some decent enough things about this.
