Harley has become insane again and she's ready to do anything to win this battle even if it's not necessary while the super rabbit has no choice but suffer the consequences.
Yep, this was indeed pretty funny.
Seriously from the beginning of this issue you can note that Steve Pugh is having a great time writing this issue with some classic cartoon phrases like "Rabbit's season" which both works in a comedic and horrific way once that you learn the context. It actually makes you feel sorry for poor Captain Carrot.
Also, Pugh makes some inside jokes like the inclusion of an Animal Man joke and if you know something about the character is that Pugh was very involved into his last series. Plus, it all works wonderfully towards the end due that you were losing for the protagonist and not really because she was going to lose.
Phil Winslade works wonderfully in art duties with a semi-cartoony style that exploits the whole nature of the tale thanks to the expressive characters and insane action.
Excellent issue, quite the blast if you will.
