Can Superboy defeat all the different versions of him to save the existence of everything?
Both Jon Lane Kent and Kon-El will have to join forces to understand what happened and try to stop the multitude of Superboys who want to destroy everything on their part but even if they win, one of them will have to lose.
The conclusion for this particular story written by Aaron Kuder and it's a shame that it won't continue.
The author realizes how ridiculous this kind of premise is but still goes all with it to create one of the most creative and unique stories that this series ever had. The concepts he developed on this arc were wonderful and this chapter continues that trend.
The writing is distinctive and humourous, there are really good segments when they focused on the most absurd aspect from the story of Superboy and it's hilariously depicted. The final moment is pretty much what anyone would have wanted. This character is fixed.
Jorge Jimenez delivers one of his best works in pencils for this series by making every scene much better and injecting a lot of personality to every moment.
Excellent issue, I hope that Kuder receives another writing gig after this one, it would be a shame if he doesn't.
