The Forever People will finally find someone who is able to helpt them.
The Infinity Man has decided that he wants to fight both Highfather and Darkseid and for that reason, he's planning to give these young New Gods all the info they need. However, people are still conspirating against them and they might not be able to make it.
Hey, this issue actually delivered more than I expected.
Dan Didio and Keith Giffen continue to deliver all the magic from an old-school title but it doesn't feel out of place at all considering the kind of premise they're running with. The new status quo for the Infinity Man is a pretty interesting one and in fact, it makes both sides of the New Gods more interesting, at least for me.
There are several teases about the future thanks to Dreamer's, er, dreams as well as revelations about who are the persons who want to Forever People gone.
Jim Starlin's artwork was also a pleasent surprise here. It's definitely an old-school style but one that also brings a lot of creativity and imagination which helped to make some scenes even stronger, especially the dream sequences.
Pretty good chapter overall, please check it out.
