Starfire is looking for revenge and there's nothing that will be able to stop her.
Kory has found the man responsible for her suffering as a child and she's ready to end his life no matter what. However, both Jason and Roy know that they can't let her commit such actions for her own sake, what will her decision be?
Holy crap, this must be the strongest issues from Scott Lobdell's second run.
Not kidding here, Lobdell presents a pretty interesting conclusion to this little arc focusing on Starfire that creates a quite compelling dilemma for her to resolve. It creates a really well-executed character moment and also reflects perfectly in the kind of persons that Jason and Roy are based on their answers.
The characterization works wonderfully, every hero is competent in their own way, especially Roy who continues to be more intelligent than ever and Jason provides a really good response to Kory's feelings.
I'm not going to spoil the ending but I will say it was appropriate.
R.B. Silva and Cory Smith share pencils in this chapter. Silva's work continues to be the strongest and in fact much better than his most recent offerings, Smith does a decent job but not really spectacular.
Great issue, I enjoyed it immensily.
