The Suicide Squad will have to fight for their lives and freedom.
The team is still battling againts a horde of assassins whose only objective is killing them and as usual Amanda Waller thinks she's the only one who can make this mission successful. However, people will still have to pay the ultimate price here.
Oh boy, I'm so enjoying this.
Tim Seeley continues his storyarc in the title by creating everything I was hoping for: An action-packed story full of personality with really good character moments from almost every member from the team. You can get that from the early pages once that Deadshot starts leading the team while Harley Quinn exploits her skills as a psychiatrist to explore the minds of their enemies and Amanda Waller trying to be the hero despite that she's still quite selfish and egocentric, everyone seems in character here and make the read so enjoyable.
The dialogue certainly helps the story to be even more engaging since a lot of the characters say interesting lines that summarize their personalities perfectly.
Juan Ferreyra remains in art duties and his storytelling is still quite good due that every panel is depicted in an inventive manner and complements the script nicely.
I'm so disappointed that this run is about to end, I wish Seeley would stay.
