Cyborg will need to learn that one shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
A series of terrorist attacks have been happening lately and is up to Vic to find the culprit but by doing so, he will go against everything he believes in.
Hey, this was actually a pretty interesting issue.
Marv Wolfman continues his little story by developing Vic's character beyond the little set-up that David Walker created and quite frankly, he does a much better job already that Walker did during his whole run. Vic is still a pretty intelligent and more importantly, naturally funny guy who is willing to help others no matter what but that doesn't mean he's perfect.
Wolfman utilizes this chapter to add a bit sociocommentary that manages to be understandable and real but not on the kind of level that you would expect from a character like Cyborg. The theme is profiling and is centered around terrorism and how that affects people's views even someone like Vic who should be the first one to be against such things. Is a pretty compelling point and is executed nicely.
Felipe Watanabe, Daniel HDR and Julio Ferreyra handle the artwork and their combined effort is pretty good looking with beautiful characters and creative layouts.
These are the kind of stories we should have gotten since the beginning people.
