The society will crumble unless one of their heroes takes a desperate action.
The world is about to go to war once again and there's very little that the Wonders can do to stop them. However, Alan Scott might have the right answer for it.

Dan Abnett delivers a new chapter where he continues his ongoing story about the different nations not being able to solve their problem in a peaceful manner while the Wonders try to stop them from killing each other. The characterization works wonderfully with each member of the cast contributing in an important manner and each different group receiving their respective time in the spotlight.
From the World's Army trying to take desperate measures to stop the war and Power Girl's team trying to stop them to Batman's group preparing themselves to Hawkgirl negotiating with both Aquawoman and Fury, you have a lot of character and story development here, you certainly get your money worth.
And that reveal about a classic JSA villain at the end is welcomed.
Iban Coello handles the artwork here and his style is pretty solid with a style that is reminiscent of Jorge Jimenez' with vibrant action scenes and expressive characters.
