Some thoughts about Spider-Man #4

Miles Morales is not ready to let the world know he is Spider-Man.

Goldballs has arrived to Miles' school and Ganke doesn't know how to make a good first impression and he might do the worst thing possible to try to impress him.

Well, this certainly delivered what I was hoping.

Brian Bendis continues his story by focusing on how Miles and Ganke deal with the arrival of Goldballs. The way how this was handled was pretty successful considering that Goldballs is not exactly a popular character so the reason why Ganke is so excited to meet him makes sense and ultimately offers the kind of sociocommentary that I wished in which both of the character's perspectives are explored (and it also quickly becomes a pretty realistic "No, I have it worse than you!" scenario).

The rest of the issue is still solid but not as entertaining, is just the villains who have been trying to hunt Miles are apparently being successful. At least they progress the plot.

Sara Pichelli handles the artwork and is stunning with beautiful characters and a great storytelling skill.

Enjoyable issue, hope the next one offers more of what I like.
