Aquaman from the Flashpoint universe has captured Mera and he's decided to defeat all of her friends one by one just to keep her. Will the combined forces of the team be enough to defeat him?
Once again, this was quite enjoyable.
Frank Tieri concludes his story with this team by delivering a story where he uses every character adequately. From Vixen's abilities to channel animal skills to Supergirl's powers, etc, all the members of the cast are portrayed in a satisfying way.
The biggest star here though, is Aquaman. The writer focus on how competent this version of the character actually is due to the kind of life he endured and makes him smart and prepared for everything. It was really good to see the ways how he handled most of the characters.
Vicente Cifuentes continues in art duties and his work is gorgeous, the cast look beautiful and the storytelling is pretty clear too.
Entertaining issue, shame that this is the end.
