Barry believes he has found a new ally but this City of Rogues is hidden some of the worst dangers around.
This is pretty much a transition issue but works decently.
Joshua Williamson continues the exploration of the Forces by revealing Psych's whole connection to it. The way how his character is revealed works decently although you can see his true nature a mile away, the manner how he plays with both Barry and Iris is pretty predictable but at the same time shows how much of a manipulator he can be and how his abilities help him with that personality.
The City of Rogues is sadly not as exploited as I was hoping for but we still see a few interesting details from it, particularly the role of a well-known villain in the place. The plot progresses at a fast pace and shows how the Forces can be used in several ways.
Christian Duce handles the art and once again is not bad, his characters are really detailed but his muscular heroes are not the right fit for the book.
Adequate read, hope the next one offers more though.
