Some thoughts about Silver Surfer #10

Silver Surfer will have to fight his old master once again.

Norrin and Dawn's travels have made their bond much stronger than they could have imagined and Norrin is not willing to lose her to Galactus.

This issue marks the conclusion of this series and is I'm so sad due to it.

Since the beginning, Dan Slott and Mike Allred have brought a quite creative, interesting and overall fun adventure while developing the relationship between the two protagonist as well as injecting a huge dose of sense of humour and heart.

This issue is no different due that Slott continues his story where he exemplifies how people from different races are willing to do what Norrin did to save their worlds. Is a quite charming moment.

I must say that the ending made me a bit heartbroken due to what it represents to the relationship between Norrin and Dawn but I suppose is something that was going to happen anyway.

Artwork still looks wonderfully thanks Allred's style which manages to create a lot of alien creatures while giving all of them a distinctive look.

Pretty good final chapter. Yet another book I'm going to miss.
