Some thoughts about Earth 2: World's End #25

The end is nigh indeed.

The forces of Earth 2 are getting destroyed one by one and now the only remaining hero is Green Lantern, will he be enough to stop Darkseid?

Well, the world is doomed but that doesn't necessarily mean that the issue is a complete disaster.

I would say that due to not having to divide the story in several points like most of the issues from this awful weekly, this chapter actually has a more consistent narration and it actually works better than a lot of the previous installments.

Plus, I like how Karen is being given more importance and apparently Green Lantern will have the final battle against Darkseid.

Some of the usual bad World's End stuff like the connection between Dick Grayson and Batman being hinted just in a single panel and that will probably lead to Dick taking the Bat symbol in the upcoming Earth 2: Society series which doesn't really work. Also, Val-Zod is as useless as always but I don't really know if that's a good or bad thing.

The art is awful, nothing changes.

Mediocre issue still, not hoping much about the ending.
