Hal has acted as the leader of the Green Lantern Corps for a while but somehow that's apparently not enough, the Guardians thinks that there's something even more important for him and Hal will have to face even his own friends to accomplish his goals.
Huh, this chapter actually presents an intriguing direction.
Robert Venditti concludes his work with Hal as the leader of the Corps by going into a completely different route that presents a lot of question but offers some really good aspects of character work.
The battle between Hal and Kilowog is well depicted and definitely made both characters look good personality-wise and perfectly portrayed their relationship.
The ending certainly bring interesting points for the future.
Billy Tan is on art duties and his work shines especially in the fight scenes that require the use of constructs, is really well-detailed.
Solid issue, hoping for the better on the following one.
