Some thoughts about The Flash #756

What are The Reverse-Flash's plans?

Thawne has been trying all his life to destroy Barry's and now he realizes he needed help all this time.

A new arc begins in a pretty interesting way.

Joshua Williamson brings a new chapter that plays with the ramifications of the last one with Thawne threatening Barry in the worst way possible. Williamson's love for continuity continues to be an important aspect based on the multiple appearances of different Rogues and all of them having their own particular history like the Francis Manapul's version of Gorilla Grodd mentioning how he proved the blood of a Flash before and how the Trickster mentions that once tricked the devil.

The character work for Barry is appropriate because of the current situation although it once again forces him to stay away from his family, fortunately this doesn't last long. The real surprise comes towards the end were long-lost characters connected to Barry appear once again.

Christian Duce handles the art and his work is still not the best for the series but is still solid.

Good read, can't wait for the next one.
