1. The Flash Annual #3: Just fun.
2. Strange Adventures #2: Glad to have this back.
3. The Green Lantern Season Two #4: Getting better.
4. The Question: The Deaths of Vic Sage #3: More mysterious.
5. Death Metal #1: Good references at least.
6. Superman #22: Decent enough.
7. Hawkman #24: Ditto as the last one.
   

No recommendations for Metal Men because it was dull nor Batman & the Outsiders for the same reason nor Young Justice because it was plain bad.
