Are the Outsiders ready for Ra's Al Ghul?

Nope. They're still not ready. The encounter still doesn't happen.
This is pretty tiring. I've been waiting like at least half of this series' run for the final battle or at least for something actually important happening but no, apparently Bryan Hill still thinks is necessary for this plot to draaaaag for a while. It's pretty pointless.
There are a few positives like the character work once again. Particularly the conversations Bruce and Jefferson have (although they still revolve around the idea that Bruce apparently doesn't trust Jeff and is tiring) and the whole dilemma Duke and Cassandra have to face concerning Shiva but still, this doesn't compensate for the complete lack of progression.
Gleb Melnikov handles the art and is solid with a semi-cartoony style that allow for detailed expressions and a vibrant look.
Not bad but not good either, needs something to happen already.
