The war is over...
Psyche!
The Wonders of the world are still trying to save all the people they can while the world is going to hell and things are just starting to get worse.
Oksy this issue might not be as bad the the worst this series has seens but also it feels a bit like filler.
The scenes between Helena and Thomas are well-executed and offer some decent moments of characterization between.
Same as the section focusing on Mister Terrific and Fury due that it explores some elements that hopefully will help during the conflict.
Val-Zod is still boring as hell no matter how much the authors try to say he isn't (Seriously, they're trying to glorify him here, waste of time).
The pacing and dialogue are improved but there's no enough plot here to exploit those aspects.
The art is also better but it suffers from the classic problems of this title: Red and black.
Overall, this is one of the best issues from this book but that doesn't mean that is good or that you should read it.
