History is being revealed.
Henry Bendix is telling her past to his assistant meanwhile the people on Earth are preparing themselves for the upcoming fight.
Another chapter, another enjoyable yet slow read.
Warren Ellis continues his story focusing on several segments. One of the most important involves Henry Bendix, which is always a good thing, this section reveals a bit more of his background along with the events that happened with some of his adversaries who are classic Wildstorm characters as you might expect, this along the fun personality he has makes this part quite entertaining.
The other segments are also enjoyable. The Doctor and Jenny Spark are bonding in more ways than I was expecting while the rest of the cast are also getting character moments that develop more of their dynamics and powers. That being said, the story is still not really moving and this is a common problem but at least the fun content compensated for it.
Jon Davis-Hunt remains in art duties and his work is still quite solid thanks to his excellent storytelling and good character models.
Decent read but as usual I hope there are bigger events in the future.
