Michael Cray will have to stop the fastest killer alive.
Barry Allen has contacted Michael about his problems and both believe they've come to an agreement but that will quickly change once that they face each other again.
I don't really know if this is working.
Bryan Hill continues his story about Michael Cray dealing with evil versions of the Justice League and once again, deals with it in a way that makes little sense. I can accept that the Wild Storm universe has crazy counterparts of the heroes from the DCU (despite that it feels like an overly-edgy route), the problem is that just with Green Arrow, The Flash's insanity barely has any explanation and is not translated very well into the story. Barry Allen has schizophrenia, okay, but this kind of schizophrenia is portrayed in such a predictable way that is pretty derivative and is not incorporated into the plot appropriately, it wasn't really necessary for him to be crazy and is no reason enough for the crimes he commits.
Oh, and the social commentary can be laughable because the reason why they're supposed to connect is because Michael is black... and that totally makes sense. The writer tries to give an explanation for this but is equally as nonsensical as Barry's dementia.
Larry Hama and N. Steven Harris handle the art and is decent enough in terms of storytelling but the work is not polished enough to be appealing.
Not sure about the future of this, although the next encounter might be interesting.
